Summer holidays

Each of four properties has a large sunny garden, patio area and private parking along with high quality garden furniture, parasol and sun loungers. Swing ball and badminton equipment are available and the two larger properties have small splash pools for the children. Free use of our mountain bikes will also help you to explore the local area and our kayaks can be used on the nearby lake. We are very centrally located to get to all of the attractions of Western Brittany including lovely beaches, walking and picturesque countryside and villages.

Activity holidays

Kergudon is well located to enjoy all of the many different holidays Western Brittany can offer. Please talk to us about your personal needs so that we can tailor a holiday experience to your exact requirements. Kergudon is open all year round and with our log burners, enjoy a cosy, warm stay at any time of the year! Examples of the various activities on offer are detailed below but do feel free to call us and discuss your needs.

Walking – Kergudon is surrounded by excellent walking opportunities. Hills, forests, lakes and canals are all easily reachable. A wide selection of routes are available with easy to follow instructions and maps. We will use our knowledge of the area to help you find whatever you are looking for.

Cycling – bring your own bikes or use ours to explore the many wonderful places tin the local area. Detailed cycle routes are available with easy to follow instructions and maps. With advance warning, we can even take you and your bikes to somewhere near by and give you a route back, ensuring of course that a café or bar features en route! The Nantes–Brest canal is 20 mins to the south of us and offers miles and miles of flat lovely countryside.

Horse riding – Brittany has some of the finest equestrian facilities in France and our location in the Armorique National Park ensures a wide choice of routes and facilities. We have the contact details of our local equestrian centres and as riders and French speakers ourselves, are more than happy to help arrange whatever you need.

We are continually improving our knowledge of facilities in the area so if you are interested in golf, fishing, sailing or anything else, give us a call and we can discuss your requirements.

Group bookings  

Our properties can be let individually or you can rent Kergudon as a whole, sleeping a total of 15 plus cots. We are ideal for group reunions and get togethers with family and friends. The four cottages are located together on the same site but with individual gardens and plenty of space to enjoy.

Short breaks

These are available October to April (except Christmas and half terms) and are available in any of our properties on a night-by-night basis (minimum two night stay). Continental breakfast can be included if required. Call us for details of prices and availability but work on circa £50 per property per night (for maximum of 4 persons).
